A Message from the President

As I look back over the past 20 years, I am reminded of all the supportive, encouraging and wise people that have crossed my path.  The journey has been one of learning, creating and developing a foundation that has enabled us to serve our customers and meet their ever changing needs.

A misconception of bigger is better, often times leaves customers with poor service, lack of responsiveness and too often unresolved issues.  As a small business, we make a point to identify TMD key team members that our customers can contact to resolve any issues and Stella McClain, Operations Director (17 years with TMD) and I are always available if any issue needs further attention.  That’s the difference, “Our Focus produces Responsive, Committed and Innovative Workforce solutions to ‘Protect the Health of Your Business.'”  TMD follows some very simple yet basic rules of business, do what you say you are going to do, address issues immediately and resolve them so they won’t occur again, admit your mistakes and acknowledge your team and their achievements by  rewarding and recognizing the above and beyond attitude.  Our processes for hiring, planning and developing, reinforcing SOP’s and holding others accountable keeps us all on our toes.  We commit daily to reinforce our core goals of Commitment to Service Excellence, Responsiveness and Innovation, with the end result in mind of being your “Go To” Occupational Provider.

Our medical team will come to your worksite alleviating travel and wait times involved in traditional testing.  Our medical team and state of the art equipment is able to provide occupational medical services that are both accurate and cost efficient. Whether your needs are big or small we can “taylor” an onsite solution to meet your compliance requirements. Our self-contained mobile unit is equipped with: an examination station, four person audiometric testing booths, blood draw/immunization station and facility for drug and alcohol testing.
